I found a fun -- and easy pattern -- for my pumpkin carving! It was the wink emoticon! I traced the design onto my pumpkin, and carved away. I should have placed the design on sideways, but had it traced before I realized my directional error. So, my one eye looks like a nice eyelash instead. I decided that this simply added conversation and originality to my pumpkin! I also did not have a candle, so I used some glow bracelets to light the pumpkin instead. It worked ok; I would have liked it to be brighter, but it was a fun experiment just the same. Happy Halloween everyone!
